Colin is a highly experienced engineer and manager with a vast range of experience within both the Aerospace and Automotive industries. He has over 30 years of experience within engi- neering and engineering management. He has successfully managed his own company Scimus GmbH since 2007. He savours challenging situ- ations and due to his varied experience is able to assess, evaluate and manage complex solutions from a risk, budget and timescale perspective. He has had complete responsibility for various design and manufacture programmes in conjunction with manufacturing partners which have involved liaison with all company internal disciplines, partners, suppliers and customer representatives.

Nigel has over 43 years’ experience in the aerospace and defence industry. A former founder and Managing Director for 22 years of GCT and GDC a global aerospace design engineering company and today a Shareholder of Scimus GmbH. He has worked on many commercial Airbus, Boeing, BAE Systems, Business Jets and military aircraft platforms with design and certification responsibilities spanning every aircraft ATA chapter across aerostructures, systems, propulsion, cockpit and cabin interiors. In addition, he is a leading authority on the development and installation of design engineering tools, systems and processes.
